Someone asked me the other day, “how we save people money?” My answer is by doing it right the first time. For example, I just left a fine gentleman’s new construction home. No, we didn’t get the job. So, there are no sour grapes from me. Let’s just look at the facts:
PFE30 load calculation 5.5 tons (15-20 yr lifetime)
Big time new construction install 8 tons (9 yr lifetime)
Oversized and helping the utility companies’ bottom line. Two and a half tons oversized!
Oh, the price difference – we’re cheaper on overall cost! We’re cheaper today and tomorrow, when the “builder grade” equipment needs replacement in 9 years or so, on (national) average.
PFE30 gives you 30% or more energy savings. For 30% less!
