Craig Adams joined PFE30 last week as Office Manager. Craig is responsible for customer support systems and development, and he manages accounting and payroll. Craig comes to us from Portland, Oregon after having studied in England. Craig is also Youth Minister at Parkway Pentecostal Church in Madison, MS. PFE30 welcomes Craig as he helps the company implement Biblically-based business practices. PFE30 is the leading provider of heating and air conditioning residential services in the Rankin and Madison County areas of Mississippi. Rick Chaney stopped by and repaired our Mac computers and set-up our wireless color printer.  Thanks, Rick, for your company, User Friendly in Madison.  You guys provide excellent customer service, and I don’t have to wait in line for a “genius” to look at me funny when I ask all of those “stupid” questions!

Someone asked me the other day, “how we save people money?” My answer is by doing it right the first time. For example, I just left a fine gentleman’s new construction home. No, we didn’t get the job. So, there are no sour grapes from me. Let’s just look at the facts:
